Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and Community Standards. It defines the specific services, content, and activities that are not permitted on Anylancer.

1. Purpose

Anylancer is a marketplace for legitimate professional freelance services. This policy exists to protect our users, comply with applicable laws (including Stripe and PayPal Terms of Service), and maintain marketplace integrity. All users — buyers and sellers — must comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited Services

The following categories of services may not be offered or purchased on Anylancer:

2.1 Academic Dishonesty

• Essays, homework, theses, dissertations, or exam answers intended to be submitted as someone else's academic work
• Taking online courses or exams on behalf of another person
• Any service designed to help someone misrepresent their academic achievements

2.2 Deceptive & Fraudulent Services

• Fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements for any platform
• Fake social media followers, likes, views, or engagement
• Astroturfing or artificial grassroots campaigns
• Phishing pages, scam websites, or social engineering tools
• Forged documents, fake IDs, or counterfeit certificates
• Deepfakes — realistic fake images, audio, or video of real people without consent

2.3 Illegal & Harmful Content

• Weapons, explosives, or instructions for creating them
• Controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or pharmaceutical products
• Child exploitation material of any kind (zero tolerance — reported to authorities immediately)
• Content promoting terrorism, extremism, or radicalization
• Services facilitating human trafficking or forced labor

2.4 Adult & Sexual Content

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Escort or dating services
• Sexually suggestive content involving minors

2.5 Financial & Gambling

• Cryptocurrency token creation, ICOs, or pump-and-dump schemes
• Investment advice or financial planning without proper licensing
• Gambling platforms, betting systems, or casino-related services
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme materials
• Money laundering or structuring services

2.6 Cybersecurity Threats

• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or spyware development
• Hacking tools, exploits, or unauthorized access services
• DDoS attack services or stress testing without authorization
• Cracking, key generation, or license bypassing
• Personal data harvesting, scraping, or doxing services

2.7 Spam & Black-Hat Marketing

• Mass email or SMS spamming services
• Black-hat SEO (keyword stuffing, link farms, cloaking, hidden text)
• Automated account creation or bot services for any platform
• Comment or forum spamming

2.8 Hate & Discrimination

• Content promoting violence or hatred against any group
• Propaganda for hate organizations
• Discriminatory hiring or exclusionary service practices

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited for all users:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or boost metrics
• Taking transactions off-platform to avoid fees or protections
• Manipulating search rankings, reviews, or seller levels
• Using the platform to recruit users for external platforms
• Reselling services from other freelance platforms without disclosure
• Filing false disputes or chargebacks to defraud sellers
• Threatening users with negative reviews to extract free services

4. Technical Abuse

• Using automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service without permission
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the platform
• Intentionally overloading servers or infrastructure
• Exploiting vulnerabilities instead of responsibly reporting them

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a listing, user, or activity that violates this AUP:

• Use the "Report" button on any task listing or profile
• Email [email protected] with details and URLs
• For child exploitation or imminent danger, email [email protected] (escalated immediately)

6. Consequences

Violations of this AUP will result in enforcement action as described in our Terms of Service 14:

• Minor violations: Content removal + warning
• Serious violations: Account suspension (1-90 days)
• Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban
• Illegal activity: Reported to law enforcement

We reserve the right to update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
